You are not broken. You are not trapped.
What if you simply don’t want the life you are currently pursuing?
Think back to a time when there was something you really, really wanted. A bucket-list trip to Egypt. A motorcycle. The perfect outdoor patio space.
You made it happen. You found the money. You gained the knowledge. You attracted the exact people who could support you. Delays didn't deter you. A temporary lack of funds didn't stop you. In fact, you had more creative ideas about how to achieve that specific desire than almost anything else in your life.
It’s not surprising. It’s exactly how we humans are wired.
When we tap into our core "why"—the raw theme that drives everything we do—our creativity, ingenuity, and powerful attractor fields instantly come online.

The 2 Lists
Right now, grab a piece of paper and make two distinct lists:
The Friction List: The things you are currently doing that you do not enjoy, and secretly wish you could quit.
The Freedom List: The things you really, deeply want.
If you are stuck in a job you hate, switching gears completely will take some time. But if you don’t start now, it will take even more time. While you are marshaling your wisdom and energy to redesign your broader career, look at your Freedom List.
Pick just one thing on it, and start working on it today.
It will feed your soul. It will invigorate your creativity. It will inject immediate joy into your hours, giving you the resilience and energy required to handle the heavier parts of your life.
The D.E.S.I.R.E. Framework
Here is exactly how to activate that momentum today:
D – Decide: Decide to do one thing that you really love. Commitment is the catalyst.
E – Engage: Engage right now. Do one small thing that moves you toward this desire. Don't overthink it—just execute.
S – Simplify: Keep it brilliantly simple. Overcomplicating things is just a sophisticated way we procrastinate and deny ourselves. Choose an action you can complete quickly.
I – Instigate: Don’t wait for the perfect moment. Wake up on a Sunday morning and go DO the thing, even if it is only for 20 minutes.
R – Reflect: As you fall asleep tonight, relive your action. Bathe in the warmth and joy it created. Tell yourself: “You did good today.”
E – Expand: Do a little bit more tomorrow. Before you know it, you’ve actually done the thing.
Your joyous, enlivened heart will look around and say, “What do we want to create next? This is exciting!”
